The Mecha Pilot

This is the listing for the new Cyberpunk 2020 class from Road Strikers, The Mecha Pilot. Note though that this is MY skill listing designed by myself and is in no way taken from any book. Although I have based it somewhat on the PA Trooper from Maximum Metal only because of the similarities. Also listed are descriptions for new skills (marked as New Skill) as well as any new difficulty modifiers. Bon appetite!

Also note that this listing is based on the Cyberpunk V.2 rules and will have a companion listing when the new V.3 rules come out (Or at least when I aquire the book).

 

Skill Listing For Mecha Pilot

 

New Skill Description

Mecha Sense (3): This skill resembles the PA Trooper's PA Sense. It can be used when the pilot is both in and out of the Mecha. However, when outside the mecha, the skill is used at half value (rounded down). At +2, you can move about without falling and transform without falling apart. At +4, you're like an acrobat just learning the ropes. At +6, you rank up there with some of the best. At +9, you can do a summersault with a 180 while transforming.

Mecha Tech (3): This skill deals with the construction and repair of mechas. This skill can be used to repair PAs as well. However, like the Mecha Sense skill, the skill half the value rounded down.

Expert: Mecha Design: With this skill, a person can design the mechanics necessary to create the complex mechas. However, a computer with some form of CADs is required to do intricate detail. Without it, the person can come up with a overall format.
